Weardulo Shipping, Returns & Warranty

DELIVERY 

We offer free worldwide shipping.

Once dispatched delivery can take between 2 to 5 working days for orders within Europe and 10-15 working days for orders outside of Europe. Estimations are based on previous orders and may vary due to circumstances outside our control. 

When we ship your order, you will receive an email with a tracking number, as well as a link where you can track your shipment.

IMPORT & CUSTOM DUTIES

There are no import duties if you order from within Europe. For orders from the US, if your order is below $700, there will be no import duties. For any other countries, please contact us and we'll do our best to provide information, whether there will be import duties for your country.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, DULO offers a 14-day return policy with FREE shipping. Returns outside this timeframe may be accepted at the discretion of DULO and may only be refunded with store credit.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Though it is up to our discretion, the general rule is that the purchase withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods. After this period, the purchase is considered final – unless, of course, you discover a fault with your product, in which case we urge you to report it to us as soon as possible.

RETURN REQUIREMENTS

- Returned items will only be accepted if they are unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged.
- All items must have original hangtags attached.
- DULO reserves the right to reject insufficient or illegitimate returns. If your return is not accepted, you’ll be notified by email.

If our return requirements are not complied with, DULO reserves the right to send the return back to the customer, who will then be charged with delivery costs.

DAMAGED/FAULTY GOODS

In the event of a delivery mistake or if the product received is considered damaged or faulty, please notify us as soon as possible and we will happily assist you with either returning the product(s) and/or obtaining a refund.

If you discover a fault after the 14-day return period, but within six months of purchase, you can still return it. Where possible, we will offer to repair the item. If it cannot be repaired and the same product is still available, we will send you a replacement. If the same product is no longer available, you are entitled to a full refund.

REFUNDS

Once we have received your return order and all requirements have been met, you will be notified by email. We shall then reimburse you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days form the day we have received the goods.

We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction.

Please note that refunds can take up to 10 working days to reflect in your account, due to varying processing times between payment providers.
