Baggizmo Shipping, Returns & Warranty

SHIPPING 

All orders are shipped from the Baggizmo warehouse in Delaware, USA.

We dispatch all orders within 3-7 working days and the delivery time depends on the selected service and destination .

All orders include Free Shipping and dispatched using Express Shipping with delivery time between 2-5 business days after dispatching the order.

Once you receive an email confirming your order has been shipped, you will be able to track the progress of your delivery.

CHANGED YOUR MIND IN THE LAST MOMENT?

If you made an error when purchasing online, and it’s still within 48 hours of placing your order, contact us right away and we should be able to adjust your order before it leaves our hands.

We like to reduce unnecessary shipping (and save you unnecessary costs) where possible.

Please, kindly note that if you change your mind about purchasing after we have sent a package, you will have to pay for the cost of shipping it back to us.

 

RETURNS

Customer satisfaction is our number one priority and we want all of our customers to receive high-quality products. Please contact us concerning any issues so that we may address them to your satisfaction. 

You always have a 3-month warranty period if something is wrong with the product. Please see below. 

Depending on the country, longer minimum Warranty Periods may be mandatory under applicable legislation in which case the Warranty Periods stated in this warranty shall be amended, if and to the extent necessary, in order to comply with such applicable legislation.

If you are not completely satisfied with your product, simply return the unused product(s) in its original unbroken packaging within 14 days of receipt for a refund. When we receive the product, we will refund the value of the purchased product, but not the original freight.

Items that cannot be returned are: items on sale, free gifts, items damaged by a customer (e. g. usage marks on leather ), items bought by a third party (e-bay, amazon. etc.)


All products must be returned in their original packaging with all the enclosed documentation and the packaging must not be broken or damaged in any other way – and neither can the product. Otherwise it will not be possible to obtain a refund.

You must pay for the freight to return the goods and this must also be arranged by yourself. The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. Please make sure you pack the return item safely to prevent any damage to the products or boxes.

Orders destined for countries outside of the USA are shipped on a DDU (delivery duty unpaid) basis.

DDU (delivery duty unpaid) means you may be liable to pay local sales taxes and customs duties on arrival of our order. Where this is the case, you will need to pay these costs to release your order from customs before it is delivered to you.
Please note that Motus Vis Inc is unable to advise on the amount of such costs if any and cannot accept responsibility for them.

How to return a product

Please note that when you return a product it is very important to state the order number as well as your name and address. Without these details we will not be able to process your refund. Furthermore, a detailed description of the problem is necessary – if you have a claim.

You can contact us with all the details described to process your refund.

Once we have received the returned products, we will inspect them and process the refund within 7 business days. You should receive your refund using the same payment method used to purchase your products. Note that, if paying by a card, sometimes it can take longer for the funds to appear on your account, depending on the bank or credit card company’s processing times.

EXCHANGES

It is possible to cancel or exchange your order if it hasn’t been sent.
If you want to make a change on your order, you can do it by contacting us. Please note, you have to be quick because orders are being processed within 24 hours, and sometimes even less.

Our goal is to make sure that every customer is completely satisfied with given service and will do what it takes to fulfill your requirements before sending your shipment.

WARRANTY 

Baggizmo warrants to the owner of the product that the product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of six months for leather and textile goods – wallets, six months for electronic components and batteries.The warranty period begins on the day the product is purchased.

Warranty only covers physical defects that occurred within the warranty period, such as:

  • Broken zippers, straps and buckles on Baggizmo bag
  • Wallet material and electronics

Warranty does not cover for items on sale, free gifts, items that are damaged by a customer (usage marks on leather), items bought by a third party (e-bay, amazon, etc.)

Warranty does not cover:

  • Items that are damaged by a customer
  • Leather marks resulting from wearing the product
  • Defects resulting from improper use of the product, self-adjustments or repairs which are not in accordance with the user manual or the product specification
  • Defects caused by improper transportation, storage or cleaning of the product
  • Damages resulting from accidents, natural disasters and environmental conditions

If there is any defect on your product that occurred within the warranty period, you should contact us with the following information:

  1. Full name
  2. E-mail address and phone number
  3. Original order number and year of purchase
  4. Description of the product issue, with as many details as possible.
  5. Photo or video of the defect.

Motus Vis Inc. is obligated to conduct an analysis once the complaint is submitted. If part of the product or the whole product fails to comply with warranty period terms, Motus Vis Inc. will either:

  • Remove the defect
  • Replace the product
  • Make a refund

Motus Vis Inc will perform its obligation to repair or replace the product or return it within 30 working days of the date of the claim. In case of technical or procurement difficulties, the deadline may be extended, and Motus Vis Inc. will notify the buyer of the new deadline.

In case of repair or replacement of the product by Motus Vis Inc., the warranty period will not be renewed nor extended. However, the part(s) repaired or the replacement Product(s) issued during the Warranty Period will be warranted for the remainder of the original Warranty Period only, provided such replacement or repair has been performed by Motus Vis or by an authorized Motus Vis retailer.
